Biography
Dr John Bell was born and raised in Northwestern Ontario. He finished his Honours Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees at the University of Waterloo in 1994. He moved to Essex county and started his practice in Tecumseh and also worked with TLC Laser Centres. He currently splits his time between Belle River Optometry and East Riverside Optometry.
